Water Quality

This may seem like a fairly bizarre topic to cover, but in my opinion, is one of the greatest aspects of living in Oregon and more specifically, West Linn. The West Linn water quality is known for being one of the best in the state and even the nation insofar as contaminants, fluoride, and disinfectant byproducts are concerned. West Linn, unlike many other counties in the state, use very advanced and modern methods of purifying the drinking water which involve a multi-step process of cleansing the water of every form of contaminant. For instance, not only do they clean the water with disinfectant chemicals, but they use state of the art technology to then remove these chemical byproducts in a way that is safer and more effective that ever before. Using a method that involves UV light and microbiome cultures that eat the byproduct, while also being perfectly safe for human consumption. These and other methods, coupled with the fact that Oregon has some of the cleanest natural runoff water to begin with, makes our tap water some of the best in the world.
