Beating the Competition

Here at the Villas, we seek to offer people the highest possible quality of living at the most affordable price we can manage. Due to the fact that we own the property outright, this gives us the unique ability to cut prices far below our competitors who are offering similar square footage and quality to our newly installed appliances, structure, and floors. Take Edgewater at the Cove for example, another West Linn apartment complex who are renting at nearly $500 more per month for less room, less amenities, in a poorer location, and with more aged units. This is just one of the examples of how West Linn apartments in general are grossly overpriced and are capitalizing on the current tight housing market. In the same time span that they have increased prices nearly 2-fold, we have only increased by 20%. We pride ourselves on not price hiking our current residents and seek to keep costs low for families and elderly tenants that need to save every dollar they can get. We thank those that have lived at the Villas for the past several years and for keeping our lovely community safe and clean for the duration of their stay and we seek to give them an affordable place to live in return.
